NetSuite support assistant feedback
Is there a place you are storing NetSuite support assistant feedback/observations/enhancements?
I am playing with it before I let everyone here know they can use it and find some things I thought I should mention.
As example: Using Google Chrome, I typed Closed Cases in the chat here field.
Several possibilities are returned
I can select one and read it but I cannot select a 2nd topic. When I click on the next topic nothing happens.
I have to enter Closed cases in the chat here box again to select another answer.
Example 2:
I entered Support Management in the chat here box and 2 answers were returned.
