Errors when creating a sales order

We tried entering a new sales order. We get a NetSuite message "an error has occurred..." when we go to save the order. We then tested by saving the order with CASH as the payment method... thinking that it might be a PayPal Payflow pro issue. We still get the error. We then tried on another computer and another role... same error.

Anyone else?
