Allow PA's to input expenses on executives behalf
Good morning
We are a Head Office function and are just rolling out the employees centre to circa 100 employees. We have one main issue that we need to resolve:
Our director's PA's currently complete their expenses on their behalf. We need to build this capability into NetSuite, whilst maintaing the control and approval hierarchy. Has anyone come across this in the past?
Essentially we need the PA's to be able to log into the Emploee centre and enter a claim under the Directors name. We need to then beable to route this for approval in the usual way.
So far we have considered the option of an additional login for the PA's?
