We are getting ready to go live and were testing the Calculate Consolidation rates function.  We learned the Consolidated Average rate is a weighted average based on the daily transactions rather than a weighted average of the daily rates in the month.  We have more than one Euro subsidiary and each had a different rate for the month.  Most of our transactions are booked at monthend based on accumulated monthly activity so this skews the calculated average to the end of the month rates.  This will also have an impact on our actuals feed and translation to USD in Adaptive.
