Margins on FedEx PDF Labels

Hi,
We're trying to print our 4x6" FedEx labels with the PDF format on a Zebra printer, but the left margins are too large, moving the info over and cutting off the right side. Fit To Page prints this tiny tiny form. Is there a way to format the output? I'm not finding it in the Customization//Forms/Transaction pdfs.
