HTML Field to Pop New Address Form.

So, I created a new HTML field and tried using the link I found in the Pop up code but it didn't work. So, I used this https://<accountid>.app.netsuite.com/app/common/address/address.nl?l=T&l=T Which does work but it doesn't bring over the normal information like Customer. Any ideas? Basically just wanting a hyperlink to pop the Address form
