How to generate a Tax by County report?

Just wondering if anyone else has ever tried to get a Tax by County report out of Netsuite. It seems to be taxes often need to be reported by County, something that is not supported by Netsuite. How do people cope with this? I'm basically going to an Excel VLOOKUP based solution... anyone got a better solution?
