Form submit redirect not working

Hi,

We have an online case form on our website that we want to have our customers taken to a special "form successfully completed" page when they submit.  No matter what link I put in the "Redirect to URL" field on the online case form, the form keeps sending our customers to http://www.website.com/category?whence= instead of the link I put in.

Has anyone else experienced this before?
Am I missing something?
Is this an isolated bug?
