Is there a way to add the posting period as a result in the Income Statement Report?

Hello,

Is there a way to add the posting period as a result in the Income Statement Report?

The Date field shows the transaction date which is not always in the same month as the posting period and we would like to see both side by side on the income statement report. It doesn't seem that the posting period is a selectable field option.

Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!
