Workflow doesn't always set values in sales order form
Hi,
We have a workflow that 97% of the time works perfectly, but sometimes, the WF enters the next state, while in the UI, the State field is still set to the previous state.
Screenshots below:
- Our WF has 4 main states where the SO can land. Our issue is mostly when it moves from In Review to Pending Approval.
- In the Pending Approval state, there is an action to set the Order State field to Pending Approval.
- Below you can see an example where the WF is Pending Approval state while the SO is still in In Review state.
After investigating this, we couldn't find any special reason for that to happen. When we cancel the WF and the user submits it again for approval, it is fixed, and both SO and WF are aligned.
