Expense items: Visible on Worksheet view, not on new receipt

Hello!

I just created new expense items for 2024 mileage. When employees try and submit a new expense report they can't see the new expense items on the "new receipt" however when they go to the Worksheet, they can see them in the drop down. Any ideas why they can't see it on the "new receipt" form?
