I am trying to certify a sales invoice in netsuite, using the mexico localization bundle and using the mysuite PAC.

This invoice has a tax group that is made up of VAT 0 and a withholding of 10%.

When certifying my invoice I get the following error:

Does anyone know what causes it and what can be done?
