Move an existing employee to a new Subsidiary

Hi,

what would be the best practice to move an existing employee to a new subsidiary?

We are using OneWorld and we have just opened a new office = new Subsidiary. One of our employees should be moved to this new Subsidiary, however, as the Subsidiary cannot be changed on the employee page I don't know what would be the best way to make the change without loosing the history track of the employee.
