Sandbox access after refresh

We have a sandbox refresh this weekend and wanted to know whether all the user access and roles will be removed after this refresh,is that true?

I'm assuming that all the user access and roles will be removed and had exported the user/roles from sandbox in preperation to restore all the users/roles post-refresh.

Now,my question is,whether all the user/roles will be removed after refresh? and If the user/roles will be removed after the refresh then how would i restore them post-refresh?
