Has anyone implemented Automated Bank Reconcilliation with Fifth Third bank?

Our contacts at Fifth Third are telling us that they need an SSH key from NetSuite to connect to our statements.  Obviously that isn't going to happen...

Just curious how others are getting at their bank file with Fifth Third bank
