Australian Business Activity Statement - Cash Basis

Hi, I'm trying to generate the Business Activity Statement using the cash basis method. I marked the Tax Reporting Cash Basis on the Set Up Taxes page, but transactions still reported in the Business Activity Statement as soon as they are created, not only when they are paid.
