Netsuite mobile app

in Ask A Guru 2 comments

I am a Netsuite Admin and I have about 110 Netsuite users all using the mobile app to submit expenses on a monthly basis. 2 users who had over 20 expense items, added to an expense report, submitted and only 1 line item made it over to Netsuite. Therefore, all of their other expenses disappeared. What are some possible causes for this?
