The suggested work-around offered on defect # 258867 was to re-run the configuration wizard in outlook. We've tried that with several users, and it does not solve the problem. The same error persists. Its classified as an S2.

We are also having credit card issues today. We use Merchant E-Solutions, and are getting an error which says: "A payment hold has been placed on this Sales order due to a Netsuite system error." It was working this morning, but every order is giving this error this afternoon.
