Is it possible to have an action upon creating a new customer record which will inject data in to vblulletin instead? We would host the forum on another server. I don't know if it's possible to script a secure tunnel injection link in NS?

you may be having the same problem as us. For about a month now, sometimes the transactions don't list, have refresh the screen again until it does. Often this takes a few refreshes before the transactions are listed or all of them are listed.

I'm not going to yet, sorry but i'd rather support concentrated on making a stable shopping cart. One where products don't disappear and credit card transactions process every time without timeouts or various errors.

with verisign, can you also see the customers full name and address as well as the credit card start/expiry dates? i.e. information needed to complete a transaction

bulk billing died again today. throws random errors like bad username/password althoug before and after the others went through. other times it just dies completely although the biggest cause says timeout contacting gateway. Secpay said they have no problems at all but they tested a transfer and it was fine.

And it's not about restricting the admin account, it's about security. An admin user should never need to read the whole credit card number on previous orders etc. Regardless of keeping an account as secure as possible, the username and password to it is still internet facing to give access to it.

oh ok. Still, even as admin they should be encrypted surely. I wouldn't like to think about the problems that would happen if our admin account was broken in to and it was sourced to us.

In the meantime, some customer's who actually bother, email us saying they get site maintenance message at payment time as it obviously keeps timing out. We think we are losing about 35 orders a day due to this problem so would appreciate it being fixed asap.

i deal with mark and there are projects on the go - Always goes to the spam folder, hence I think the netsuite address IP is classed as a spam address.

So, Ken? Who's listening? We both just said it's not an enhancement, I have logged it as a case and still it will remain as an enhancement as opposed to fix needed. I'm getting fed up of having to rewrite people's addresses after they have ordered.

can confirm we have problems with secpay refunds now also. it comes back with problem reading response from secpay.

sent case in but got reply saying it is logged as an 'enhancement'. Hardly an enhancement if it's broken.

So, you can't have the same customer name? A lot of our web people are having to put a 2 on the end of the name.
