So here are the speeds we are seeing today. Unbelievably slow. Very difficult to be productive when pages take over 1 minute to load. Seems like the system is getting slower and not faster - what gives??? Total: 117.153 Server: 27.587 (23.55%) Network: 73.011 (62.32%) Client: 16.555 (14.13%)

I can't keep doing this. Unacceptable that nobody from netsuite responds to these costly problems. But then again this is nothing new. Anybody found a netsuite replacement? I may as well start looking while my site is down.

Hi Ken Thank you. Your explanation makes sense given where in the site the time out errors were occuring. We do have the shipping estimator turned on. So far the speed issue seems improved from this morning. Thanks again Jenni

We are up again now and.... Netsuite is running faster than I ever remember. For the last few months/year Netsuite is sooooo slow, I do other tasks while waiting for pages to load. Maybe the slowness issue was a database issue festering for some time.

just got booted out and "an expected error has occured" message. can't log back in either.

gech now it is worse. just tried to log in and got 500 Internal Server Error Servlet error: Error loading filter 'alwaysfirst', filter-class 'com.netledger.core.filters.NLServletWrapperFilter' not found Please someone from netsuite tell us what is going on.....

We are using Intel Mac's running 10.4.7 No problems with cash receipts on either Firefox or Safari. Tabs are all active and save button works.

Yes very common. I have one that was started - verified a critical bug (stage 2) and hasn't been touched in about a month!!!

I have had the PO not lock up, but the item drop down box freezes so you can't see what items are on the PO. Then if the PO is saved, the items are there, but you just can't see them when editing the PO. Switching browsers seemed to solve the problem.

If you go to the login page in Safari and refresh the page, each time the images rotate - like they are being pulled from Netsuite sites and displayed on the login page. Different logos of netsuite customers, paypal image, etc. Very disturbing

Yes it was different before 11.0.3 I wonder if we could do an XML export and reimport of the media images. There has to be an easier way to do this. It is 78 and sunny and changing 15,000 images is not how I wanted to spend my weekend.

Thanks!!!! I see that when I changed an image to available without logon it showed up. However.......I have thousands of images, none have that boxed checked, and all reside on an image server outside of netsuite. Any ideas? I have thousands to change - is there a way to change them all without doing it by hand? When I try and download the directory containing the image names I get a "File Not Found" error. OMG I can't believe this. I am sooooooooo in disbelief that this upgrade went through with these sorts of problems on a Friday Night.

Angelika Ive had a similiar problem. I don't know your processes but to submit a charge the 2nd time through netsuite, remove the auth code from the payment page before resubmitting. Hope this helps. Jenni

We have had this too - I believe they are paypal orders that should have been declined, but came through anyway with no payment info. Kind of a problem because we shipped product based on the order coming into netsuite.
