Problem solved. I had turned off Marketing Automation in the Setup to add Lead Source (Don't ask me why they make you do that.) I had failed to turn it back on. On a hunch I did so, and it worked. Sorry for the inconvenience of the post but maybe it will help someone else.

We have been using it for a while and I like it. There are only two drawbacks that I have seen: - The checks are very non-descript when they show up. I have had some vendors throw them out because they look like junk mail. - They take a couple days longer to get there than sticking it in the mail yourself. Hope that helps…
