does anyone know how the fields are identified that are included in the positive pay template? Currently there is a field name of "Record Type" and a source type "checqueVoid". Currently this field returns values of "O" and "V" and I would like to replace those to return "IS" and "CN". I cannot seem to find any reference…

That's what I was thinking. I am still curious if we could opt to not check the "Use Approval Routing" feature and just create a workflow for approvals on a custom form and still leave the standard supervisor approval intact.

I figured it out. The other roles needed to have at least view access to employee records because I went there to get the email address.

I am doing something similar. Trying to add 2 fields together and I just keep getting the value of the first field referenced in the formula. Seems like it should be easy enough... This is all I have in the formula box of my set field value action: {custbody_my_total_discount}+{subtotal}
