Hi @Aaron Wilkinson, As per checking, this was raised as a defect before but it was for accounts under "system.eu2.netsuite.com" way back 2019. Are still encountering the problem? Hi @ojn, Can you check on your form if the "Include Transaction" checkbox is set to PDF: On the record, hover to Actions beside the Print Icon > Click Email. On Attachments subtab, check Include Transaction checkbox > Set Type as PDF. Let us know if this works. Thank you! -Lyka
