Hi User_HWW8S, As of the moment, you can make the form inactive to remove it from the list or if you don't want other roles to use it you can restrict the form to the specific role. Thank you! -Lyka

Hi @Vernita, The feasible solution is to expose the details of the child record's system notes in the sublist if ever we can source it. I think it is possible via saved search and then populate a custom field on the child record so that field you created will be the visible field in the parent record's sublist. -Lyka
