Thats strange, I verified the DKIM and ran the test reflector and worked fine, but it does show no check box against the active column! Thanks for the tip, I've updated it now and hopefully that will fix our issues.

Talk to your IT group. They should be able to explain what flagged it as junk. While investigating, you may find it valuable to set up DKIM, essentially telling your mail server that the NetSuite emails are trusted. May not help your current situation, but it's worthwhile. We have been experiecing slow performance for the last day and now all of our webforms have stopped repsponding. Suiteanswers is also not reachable so raising a case is now even trickier.

Ben, When you say you turned on 2FA, did you also apply it to the role you use to login? IDE uses Web Services to login and our Web Services login API currently does not support 2FA. I am still waiting for an answer on if this issue is fixed, I have an online form that populates a custom record and I need the workflow to then action when that field is submitted. Can anyone from netsuite confirm if this is possible yet?

I have the same issue, the workflow works fine from within netsuite it just doesn't initiate from the online form. We are on version 2010.2 and the online form is within a custom record.

Dan - Are you on 2011.1? I know there is an issue with online forms triggering workflow that we are working to get a fix for. Evan is there an ETA on a fix for initialing a workflow from an Online form??
