To solve this problem i just create a new employee record with the new subsidiary and it worked.

Hi Ely, The system is working in that way as you explained but what i want is to have that error when the due date is before the transaction date so people can not fill in the due date if it is a prior date to the transaction date. Hope i explained better this time.

Hi, The email is send with an approval workflow for requisitions. It activates when the requisitions is saved.
