I had an online demo of Tableau today. It looked really neat. There is a 14-day free trial, which I plan to start next week to evaluate it. I think I figured it out. If I move the elements with the arrow keys, my changes do not take place. If I move the elements with the mouse, they do. just FYI Kathy Murrer

I believe that I figured this one out. I removed multiple currencies also, and now there is a sales price field in my import assistant. I will do a small test and see what happens.

Hi JMU, I turned off quantity pricing, pricing levels, and multi-currency. Then I was able to see a "sales price" field. I imported my items and then I turned those features back on. For us, turning off PayPal would cost us more than the occasional free shipping. Still not fixed, but I'm hopeful now that the issue is classified as S1.

We have not changed anything in our system. Most of our orders have been fine, but we just got another of these today at 11:28 AM. UPS Ground order paid by PayPal. Any progress, Netsuite?

I received a contact from the case rep. He closed the original defect and opened a new one with Severity S1. Here is the new case. Defect # 312156 Web Store > PayPal Express Checkout > Does not calculate Shipping fee

Yes, the post office recently did away with Parcel Post and has a new service called Standard Post. I tried to add a Standard Post rate to our web site, but Netsuite does not offer it in the dropdown menu yet. I came on the user group to search for info also, but I don't see anything. This fix has been released, so I just tested it. It seems to be working better. Except that when you switch between shipping companies, it leaves the handling fee behind. So my handling fees are being exposed. Which makes it still unusable.

I had trouble the other day as well. The estimate shipping button disappeared for a few hours.
