Hi Shamaine, I have requested a saved search to pull Bills with associated POs. The saved search that you provided is for POs with associated bills. I tried Applying transaction:transaction number, but it didn't pull anything so I am not sure if that is the correct way to pull associated POs for a vendor bill. Thanks

Yes, we use advanced approval workflow. I thought of pulling next approver/s, but it set to null/blank after a PO has been approved. May be I can use system notes, but don't know how exactly it can be used. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thx

Great. This worked for us. But, in our case the PO is already approved so i can not edit it. How do i fix this it? Thanks Camille. Old and new subsidiaries are for Europe not for US. I also checked the forms and none of tax fields are disabled.
