Through the search on the ER page I still find internal NS sales tools information is available to view, things like: Internal Sales Information: Dedicated Server Option For your use only. Only the data sheet above is to share with customers. April 2008. Is this what is intended? :o

So then I have entered "issue" and managed to download "Addressing the Single Data Center Issue: Notes for Your Use " document. Maybe you want to look at the permissions, unless you want us (customers) to see all your "Sales Tools" documentation (which I can at the moment)?

Today, I have used the search box on the page "Enhancement Voting" I have entered the text "item" and clicked "search" I get a list of odd results, looks like NS internal documents. What is the intended function of this search box?

I had an odd thing happen when using the search, I assume the ER search we have is the "basic" search. Somehow or other I landed on the "advanced" search page and found I had many more options to choose, with values available to select like "push to hotfix" "Not for Stella" :confused:

Wikis are great. They are a website or similar online resource which allows users to add and edit content collectively, could be very helpful for both customers and employees of NS if they provide one. Please vote! I believe you could create a custom "support" tab, and then remove the UG link within that custom support tab. If the user had the UG address they could still apply, but that support tabs UG link would not be visable... works for me.

We have more than 50 and it's working fine, we just requested the limit removed and that was it. For the report filter by locations it does make the reports a bit impractical (need to scroll too much) but there are ways around it so it's not an issue.

Fly on the wall comment.. I think through the UI is way better, if it not working as desired, it's not a script issue, instead, it is (hopefully) something for NS to fix.

We have a custom 'career' record. We have cases coming in that are recruitment cases. Those cases have an associated career, so then when a career is no longer available to apply to (is inactive) we use a case mass update to mark all the application cases to that career inactive. So then we want to use the wf to transition…

mmm, but still not. Changed the mass update to general, still no transitions So then changed the transition type scheduled. Have tried variations over last 2 days. Still not working.
