Thank you. Can you please navigate to Setup > Customization > File Drag and Drop Setup. Did you set a Global Destination Folder? If not, click on Next and locate the Vendor under Record Type. Does the Folder Name point to the User Documents folder?

Hi @Kedalene, Have you checked which forms are being used? It’s possible that the affected users aren’t using the same form as those who have access to the Item Receipt GL Impact.

Hi @Kedalene Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Two-Factor Authentication Roles. Find the relevant role and set Two-Factor Authentication to "Not Required" then click on Submit. I hope this helps.
