Hi @Vicki Bollinger, As per testing, it only supports up to 254 characters. The field limit is tied to the underlying email address field length. Hi @Todd N Niedringhaus As per the SuiteAnswers article, the Release Preview account remains available until the source account is upgraded to NetSuite 2026.1 or there has been no login activity for 14 consecutive days. Thank you for sharing your perspective.

Hi @User_JLBXV, The Send Email Alerts checkboxes are shown by default and cannot be hidden. I checked for any existing enhancement requests but didn’t find one. You may submit a new SuiteIdeas request for this feature. I hope this answers your question. Thank you.

Hi @User_0ZOO0, In addition to what @Todd N Niedringhaus suggested, add a criteria in the updated fields. Add fields to send update alerts only when the selected fields' values change. Enter old and/or new values to send alerts only for updated records with these values. I hope this helps.
