Hi @pbr528, Not being able to do a CSV import due to an inactive record is by design. Hi @User_815U9, You cannot create a sales transaction for your vendor/dealer. You can only do this if there is an existing customer record for your vendor/dealer. Once a vendor record has been created for the customer, add a customer relationship to your vendor record, and sales transactions can now be entered.
