Hi @Kedalene, The user will not receive the email notification because the option is for new users only. For existing users, it is recommended to manually assign a password and require them to change their password on their next login. I hope this helps.

Hi @KayceH, Standard NetSuite UI Login provides six (6) attempts to enter the correct ID/password combination. After six (6) unsuccessful attempts, the user is locked out for 30 minutes and an email is sent to the system Administrator. He might have remembered his password then.

H @User_09RAF, Please confirm if the error only occurs on a specific custom form and does not occur on a standard sales order form. If so, this would imply that a customization on the form is causing the error.

Hi @Sivasubramaniam, Administrators, by default, can access the file in the File Cabinet. I tried looking for an existing enhancement, but I do not see one. You can submit it as an enhancement request at SuiteIdeas. I hope this answers your question. Thank you.

Hi @Richard Appleford OB, In addition to what @Tigran Shahnazaryan mentioned, you can use Formula (Text) and use {location} in the field. You should then be able to populate the values in the Location field.

Hi @User_32GQL, Please navigate to your custom role > Permissions tab > Transactions > Bills = set it to Edit/Full level of access. Note: Bills need Full or Edit level of permission. View level will result to a permission error. I hope this helps.
