On Friday, October 10, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

It sounds like the problem is related to how the auto-suggest feature is working without entering a prefix. I would contact Support to investigate this further.

A similar problem was reported to Support in Defect 299022. You can contact Support to have your case attached to it and receive notifications once this has been fixed.

Hi Jeff, I'll have a new case created to follow up with the fix to Defect 299840 not working in Firefox. Bill, this Defect was created for sales orders with multiple items (20+). I find it funny that it takes like 5 pages to get to SuiteIdeas (Logon -> Support Tab -> Ckick on SuiteIdeas Portlet -> Click on another SuiteIdeas tab -> Click on another SuiteIdeas Portlet -> Finally opens up SuiteIdeas!) When creating saved searches, IE9 has very slow responses when specifying filter criteria, adding joined fields, and working with formulas. Workaround: Support tells me to create a custom form for my WebServices user Role, set the fields to NORMAL, and set the form as the Preferred form for that user.
