In case anyone else out there is having difficulties creating new transactions that auto populate the date (most of them), NetSuite is very aware and has opened a U1 Defect 533207. This issue impacts multiple records (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Item Fulfillments, Item Receipts) > Unable to Create and Save >…

I haven't seen any issues reported with inline edit on any record recently. A similar case with the same error turned out to be caused by a workflow. The behavior is due to the Before Record Submit trigger of workflow. As a solution you can set the Event types as "Edit" on all the actions of Before Record Submit.

This should be resolved in all datacenters now.

This pop-up is documented in SuiteAnswers 40724: When exporting from NetSuite to Microsoft Excel there is a standard pop-up that will appear: "The file format and extension of 'xxx.xls' don't match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don't open it. Do you want to open it anyway?" This is a…

jono101 Angela Roelle thank you for confirming. All the shop.netsuite.com domains now correcly resolve from Cloudflare's and Google's DNS.
-
Enhancement 188904 would address this - Lists > Export via Excel > the ability to export Excel file in .xlsx format (MS Excel 2007 or Open Office 3) in addition to .xls.
-
Thank you for the update, Angela. Operations has indicated this is mostly resolved now and Support is reaching out to all customers who filed a case. Status.netsuite.com will be updated shortly.

farrago, there was an issue with SuiteAnswers case submission and we will be performing maintenance on Sunday Mar 10, 2019. Have you tried submitting the case today?
-
mark petzold, Support should be able to confirm the test window for you. The notification you received should still be valid if you haven't heard otherwise. I've seen reports of 401 errors due to the mandatory 2FA, so it was definitely enforced for select accounts today. Related topic:…

It seems to be working now using - https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/home
-
I'm not sure if this is related but we currently have an issue with giving vendors and partners access. A Defect was filed and the fix is in the process of being released. Defect 526200 - Edit Employee, Partner, Vendor Record > Newly checked GIVE ACCESS = T > Save > An unexpected error has occurred
-
There were no recent incidents reported in EU regions, but the problem may be isolated to your account. If it's a specific report or performance in general, you can let Support know and they will investigate further.
-
jschneller, that is strange. I haven't seen any similar reports but I'll pass this on to our IVR team. I know there were some changes made to the SuiteAnswers online case form recently but nothing impacting our IVR.
-

-
I've seen this happen in Chrome when using auto-fill to complete forms - fields like credit cards will auto-populate. To resolve this, you can try another browser that doesn't have any auto-fill info stored, or if using Chrome, sign out of the browser. In Chrome 71, if you sign-out first, it also allows you to clear…

wcharbonneau, Thank you for sharing this with us. I will let our documentation team know about this and post here with any updates.

gmoscillo@triple-s.com, I haven't seen this behavior reported before. Normally the permission is displayed when additional permissions are required to perform the action. I saw your case and Support is reviewing the details. They should provide an update shortly.
-
I'm not sure this is permissions related. According to SuiteAnswer 72224: Unlike regular item records where users can enter 0 on Adjust Qty. By column on Inventory Adjustments, Serialized and Lot Numbered Items do not allow such. NetSuite would throw an error "Invalid number (must be positive)."
