Per testing, even if the Primary Subsidiary is inactive, it will still show in the Primary Subsidiary field in the Customer/Vendor Record. The only effect of setting the Primary Subsidiary to Inactive with respect to the vendor record is that, the customer/vendor will no longer be able to select the Primary Subsidiary for…

Hi @Kevin Hosea. I believe this is possible in NetSuite. Sales orders with milestone billing schedules are billed in portions as project milestones are reached. Milestones cannot be billed unless they are marked as complete. To generate a bill using bulk billing: Go to Transactions > Sales > Bill Sales Orders. For details…

Thank you so much for your insights @Tigran Shahnazaryan Hi @Kevin Hosea if this is only for Scheduled Billing Operations to create Invoices then you don't need the SuiteBilling features for this to work. Have you tried @Tigran Shahnazaryan's suggestion? Please let us know if this works for you. ☺️

Hi @R. Dieka Pribadi G. E., Thank you for your suggested workaround! Hi @Aruna Madabhushi To void the bill credits that are in the closed period, you can also create a journal entry that reverses the impact of the bill credit and then apply it to the bill credit transaction which is almost similar to the suggested…

Hi @User_CB63L The missing dropzone can be caused by several factors: Check bundle installed is correct, verify the bundle ID is 41309. Verify Setup > Customization > File Drag and Drop Setup has the record type enabled for File Drag and Drop. Check other browsers and make sure to give the page 10 seconds to load as it…

Hi User_7NK3Q. For option 1, you can try it first and check if the balance remains the same or if it would remove those balances. Based on previous cases with different scenario wherein we tried to filter some transactions, the amounts were also adjusted. For Option B, Invoices with Paid in Full status should not show on…

Hi @HX_SUBHANKAR, that is an interesting scenario. It might be the case since you were importing a file where some items have no pricing on customer master and it will default to null that is why it is asking for the amount. Additional notes: If there is no item pricing set on the customer record, it will pull the price…

Hi @HX_SUBHANKAR. I agree with @Mr. Khan. Also, please ensure that the multi-subsidiary feature is enabled in your NetSuite account. If not, enable it to allow for subsidiary-based transactions. 1.Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features. 2.On the Company subtab, in the ERP General section, check…

Hi @Pallavi1903 Thank you for that clarification. I tested this further and, yes, this is a current standard behavior. Bills with linked Payments that is under Pending Approval status will be tagged as Paid In Full. The Bill status changes to "Paid in Full" in order to prevent the creation of new Bill Payments for the same…
