Staying Connected During the Holidays
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Any advice on where to start a script? With no id fields available I can't use DOM.
-
Not there for me :(
-
I'm not full admin... almost... only some financial information I am not privvy to, but I could get Lists->Accounting->Other lists before our upgrade to 2007 last week.
-
We've reorganized a number of things in v2007. Try: Setup>Accounting>Accounting Lists. If you don't see it, refer to Evan's comment on permissions. Darren yes yes I read that and I have since referred to Evans comments, given that he already wrote what you have written...

Thanks Evan The people I deal with have no idea (Australia) I will inform them now.
-
High Fives everyone!

Issue 130658. Please have TS attach your case to this issue. en anglais?

Case # 614943
-
Thanks DJ - looking forward to it with bait on my breath!
-
Thanks dj It's now as clear as a Mexico City Sunset....
-
Thanks Padma Your explanation lacks credibility though, as it is our number 1 ranking page and we DON'T DELETE PAGES. Ever! Explain that! Wiz
-
We don't use any "friendly urls" but number one on our page hits is "deleted pages" I wonder if anyone from NS could comment on this. What is it????
-
You could ignore "deleted pages"
-
I'm not exactly sure if I'm reading you correctly, but if you are talking about an email from your webstore, look under Lists>Website>Information Items>New. Then chose Email Form. This is an inline email, not client based. Here's an example we've done: http://wineboxwarehouse.com.au/s.nl/it.I/id.1/.f Wiz
-
How about using something as simple as html. you could have <a href="mysite.com/largerversionoftheimage.gif" target="_blank">click here to view a larger image</a> within the description... Failing being able to zoom that is... Wiz
-
I have been able to modify ours, but buggered if I can remember how... sorry... It will come to me (I hope!) compare ours to yours and prove I'm not going insane! https://checkout.netsuite.com/s.nl?c=92155&sc=2&noopt=T&newcust=T&login=T&reset=T&redirect_count=1&did_javascript_redirect=T Wiz (blank - for now)

Bill Have you tried making your own registration form? It's quite simple to do. Wiz
-
I think most of us feel like that Bill That is the beauty of this forum. It has taught me much and I'm more than happy to share things I've learnt as NS seem to know very little about their product. There are, of course, exceptions within the company but in general the knowlege base seems very poor. Wiz
-
got it... Only works for custom fields, but you can java script to existing ones from your custom ones... setup>customization>entity fields create a new one or edit existing. Uner the applies to tab, check "website" and it will appear in the registration page. Go Team!
-
Easy Bill When you create a new form, the fields you need are: Email Give Access (make this one both 'mandatory' and 'hidden') Login Password Confirm Password Any other values you add such as name, etc are up to you. Even fields that are mandatory on your customer entity record aren't required. Hope that's clear for you.…

Danke to you both

Does anyone have a good online css reference that they use? Wiz loves you

Wizard, I have 2 questions: 1. How long ago did you sign-up with Netsuite? 2. Are you getting the version of site builder free of charge? I am asking this because Netsuite told me they are not doing this anymore, (the free module as long as the netsuite logo is displayed) and if you are not getting the site builder free of…

Hello there I see you are new so I won't be harsh... See that little link up a bit and to the right? It says "search" If you were to click on that and type favicon you would get the following results. https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=2938&highlight=favicon…
-
Yep I have 4 test accounts - some have our domain whitelisted, some don't - all receive fine.
-
Surely NS can monitor who's doing what - I mean they charge us based on amount sent! Ban anyone abusing it and also force a drip feed of emails sent. We send 20,000 per week. I don't care if it takes 8 hours to send them as long as they get received! Wiz
-
I get mail to my hotmail
-
try also setup>company>setup system email templates from memory that where we customised ours Wiz
-
Ha! You sound like a new netsuite user... all the optimism in the world! once all of the issues have been ironed out.

does anyone have experience of removing the option to checkout as a guest? Ideally take it off the registration form altogether. I presume it is a case of editing the login.txt file and then deploying it to the custom cart but any help here appreciated. While I have long since removed this flawed checkout (I know it's in…
