Staying Connected During the Holidays
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Yeah I know... you would just reckon that someone based in Sydney would at least grasp the idea...
-
I know where my system is hosted, who's timezone do you think we should look at when we get notices from Netsuite, it's not the American's who think they are the centre of the universe it's the Aussie's that they think they are that is the problem Dickhead....
-
Our rep is based in Sydney and that was the date quoted... perhaps a timezone converter for NS would come in handy.
-
Just responded to the email the rep sent, with today's date...

I suspect that NEW USERS will find the 2010.2 interface much easier to learn. I wish I were one... then all my years of customisations wouldn't be broke...

Yeah it's great how "Cash Sale" and "Invoice" have the same icon too. I know we can hover our mouse over to reveal words and click the correct one, but we used to be able to see those words without hovering... slow slow slow slow slow...
-
So overall it would seem everyone is pretty happy with it then!
-
There was so much more they could have 'fixed' than an interface.
-
What entry form?
-
And making your window smaller doesn't put the columns closer together? What model of Atari are you using?
-
Ahh... Microsoft, my arch-nemesis. Seriously... http://www.google.com/chrome/intl/en/landing_chrome.html?hl=en
-
I find that if you don't have your window maximized it helps
-
Ok... so you are now saying "using the new interface" ??? There's 10 minutes of my life I won't get back...
-
I'd rather see bug fixes and new features than a new interface! C'mon guys! Perhaps this new interface will fix a lot of layout bugs.
-
You can add a comments field to the transaction. Or just enter a non-inventory item (like misc) and edit the description.
-
All in good humor! Love it!
-
I'm sure I could raise 1066 cases for such a prize...

2010.1 Sneak Peaks will be available mid-Feb. Thanks Maria Which is technically no further away than 3 days! :)
-
Are all sites (stores) through NS slow? YES!!!!!!.........
-
Sloooooow... Steve, give us back our bandwidth!
-
What's a beta?
-
Apparently all "unexpected errors" have been fixed and are now expected errors.
-
True, the instructions are incorrect. Maybe Netsuite support should have followed a preview action plan themselves and attempted following the instructions provided to ensure they worked first? You mean like test something before it is released?
-
They're fun and cute.

Is there a way to remove the shipping options for the estore check out on the 2009-2? We use a script that only displays the correct shipping options for the customers based on location and product being shipped, this script hides some shipping options. Now that we are in the 2009.2 we are seeing the default options with a…

That would be nice ^^ We issue gift certificates instead of credit memos.

And don't forget ponies. Everyone should have a pony.

And most importantly - don't break things that work today. Don't ask for too much...

I do not believe it is my job to improve NS, although I appreciate what you are trying to accomplish. In 4 months I have spent an inordinate amount of time working with NS and support on issues. Extremely time consuming and takes away from running & growing the business. NS has our in put. All they have to do is look at…
