I get spam everyday. AND... not one of those companies has sent me any viagra, even though they debit my card... There is a delete button located at the top of your email client. I find it quite useful.
-
IMHO, looks like Wiz has been nipping at his inventory again  *hic* yes... It was a lovely vintage... Thursday... lovely vintage indeed *hic*
-
Then my membership dollars would be wasted!

To the originating poster, please be more detailed with questions in the forums. Whilst we all appreciate good prose, sarcasm seldom yields free advice. I use sarcasm all the time. It got me to where I am today. Thanks sarcasm. You're number 1 Wiz
-
I thought so Evan... Was a tongue in cheek remark... Gotta have a sense of humour don't you? I cynical as I can be sometimes, I do think that this system just keeps on getting better, thanks mostly to this forum. Wiz
-
Yes... We'd probably like to be one of the last all the time so that most of the glitches are ironed out by the time we get there!
-
I'll let you know how it goes... It's actually in the middle of our busy Saturday trading over here in Oz... thanks again NS! Wiz
-
I fixed it! It was just one of the macro files. I deleted it and it works again. Thanks everyone for your inputs.
-
You could create a search based on counting the number of sales orders on a customer record. If = 1 then it's their first sale.
-
I know you don't wish to set up a new shipping item, but if you did, make it free, and make it the default shipping method under setup>site builder>set up website.
-
I did this in a clunky fashion. Fortunately our item urls are all scripted to populate from the item name. So I added a custom field that pulls a formula "http://www.domain.com/" + {name} It works 99% of the time. Not perfect. But neither is Netsuite so I'll call it a draw.
-
You could probably do it rather easily with javascript on the item template.
-
You might be able to script it with an onsave event
-
Wiz - you should script/bundle that idea and sell it as a Permission Viewer. Yeah but I'm lazy and don't like helping people.
-
Matt, another useful tool is "Show Role Differences" under Setup > Manage Roles. Choose a base role and compare it to another role to show permission differences and permission levels. Thanks, Useful if you know what you're looking for. Otherwise it just shows you the differences. As we all know, Netsuite is not designed…
-
You know how I work this crappy permissions thing out? Make sure you have the role that you are trying to assign to. As administrator go to the page you can't get to with the other role. Open NS in another tab of the same browser and change your role to the other role. Go back to the original tab and git refresh. Netsuite…

Try the help topic again. Start from the beginning. It's not all that difficult.
-
Just put a javascript pop-up to pull the value from the customer info field when the customer field on the transaction is updated. Pretty straight forward.
-
I did this by creating the form, and adding in any old redirect url. Then once you'd saved the form, get the publishable url of the form and edit it and make that the redirect. Is that what you're trying to achieve?
-
Hi Oz, thanks for your kind reply. I just want Systems do not redirect. I cant make that blank as this is mandatory. I didn't say make it blank. I said to fill in any random redirect, then go back and edit the form and paste the url of the form into the re-direct. Try Brett's idea.
-
Is their a MAC version?
-
Setup>Company>Printing Fax Email Prefs. Email tab. Transactions section. CC field. List the email addresses where you want copies of transactions from your account sent for storage or reviewing. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
-
Do you mean not @ system.netsuite.com ? Where would you like them to log in? On your website?
-
Try Olivier's suggestion here: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=11595&highlight=non-netsuite+login+page
-
Corrected.
-
Hello, Alternatively, you could create a saved 'Document' search with the criteria of Date Created is Today. Then have the search scheduled to email you a summary at the end of each day. Thank you. Good idea. You could also set it to email on create/update for instant notification.
-
Maybe via a workflow.
-
You'd think a Sr. Netsuite Developer would know if it's possible or not! I don't think you can, unfortunately.
-
Are you talking about the standard Setup tab in the UI? If so, you need to remove permissions for all the sub items of that tab, rather than the tab itself. I think. Someone may correct me and you might be able to remove the tab completely, but I'm fairly sure you can't.
-
Have their been any CSV imports done on any records? That can update the form.
