Have you tried placing one yourself? That may not be netsuite's issue. It might just be a lack of traffic hitting your site.

Are you "signed in" on google chrome or using it natively? It might be an account preference.

There was an upgrade to some part of the system last weekend. I don't know the details, only that someone that works closely with NS mentioned it. Is that the standard sales order list or is it a saved search?

And this was fixed. Apparently our account was upgraded to advanced inventory. Had to click a whole bunch of extra buttons. That seems time-saving... very advanced indeed.

Ummm... I don't think Netsuite develop the Chrome browser. Try www.google.com and you might be able to find out who does.

You're lucky you got an S2 if they can't replicate or explain the problem.

I've just had a quick look at your site. Would it have anything to do with the fact that you can go straight to "checkout with paypal" without even logging in first? Have you tested if there is a difference when checking out via paypal logged in prior vs not logged in prior?

On point 1, this occurs if a customer clicks "pay with paypal" and then for whatever reason clicks back to the cart, then clicks "pay with paypal" again, there will be duplicates. Try it on your site and you'll see what I mean.

I get results when I search your site, as opposed to the error, but the time it took to load the results I could have walked to my local store, bought a helmet, and walked home again.

I've got a better link for you for change password. https://checkout.netsuite.com/app/center/changepwd.nl It's not in the help anywhere. I just happened to type changepwd.nl and it worked!
