We're in Melb and were down briefly yesterday. Staff phoned me at home to report it and I couldn't log in from home or from iPhone. All good since then. Only lasted 30 mins

Hi Wizard, :) File size is roughly 300-400KB, as our invoices are 97% a one pager. What is your average file size? ~J~ Ours are around 20 - 25KB

Hi VibrantDevon, Out problem was that we needed a header and footer on each invoice, but could only upload 1 image as a logo. The way we fixed it was to have an A4 logo made by our in-house designer that works within the Netsuite parameters and contain both the header and the footer. We set the PDF "Logo Scaling Factor" to…

I recall having similar issues when we stared, although I cannot recall the fix... Having said that, It would be easy enough to add a Custom Transaction field. Make it your logo. Tell it where to sit on your pdf layout. Done!

We get it intermittently also Reason for edit: Changed the word "too" to "also" as "also" is more aesthetically pleasing.

After you close the error box just hit Continue. As long as the other mandatory fields have been filled in too then it accepts the invalid email address. We're only 2 weeks away from 2009.2 so I'll be able to let you know if it is "fixed" or not. Unless, of course, NS heed my advice and fix the script up.

I've just been able to re-create the problem if NS is interested. It is a really simple thing to fix, as it is just bad scripting that is causing it. When I click on "Register" on our site, the form comes up as normal. I fill in all the fields but purposely put a residential address in the email field. Now the script…

For some wild reason all the sudden NS wants to make 5/12/2209 the default date today. Any way to change this back a few years??? Dave It's also possible that you slept for 200 years, only to awaken and realise that nothing has changed much, except the date. Man what a fun 200 years. Time for a haircut...

This is still a problem!!! I just tested nmail2.netsuite.com on MXToolbox.com and it lists it Blacklisted with SORBS-SPAM.
