It's because your shading is the same colour as the cursor in IE. Try changing the colour to a slightly light grey (Setup>Website>Colour Themes)

yeah something has def. changed. I get the same batch of "erroneous results" ie. the same 6 or 7 products come up on a search that should result in something completely different. Frustrating... I've just been building our new site and I think everyone is convinced it is something I'm doing...

We have learned to expect these errors, therefore, the message we receive is incorrect. It is, in fact, an expected error! No luck reporting a defect on that one though... Enhancement request #hahaha requests that all errors be expected. Please vote for this if you think it will help your business.

The same thing happens when you enter an order for a customer....you enter all their info, all the items they want to order, the different options, the shipping, their address, and then when they give you their credit card number and if the card declines, their whole order is wiped! Try removing their access, saving the record, then giving access and new password, then saving. Pain in the backside but that fixed us after a nasty spate of a similar disease!

Try installing the plugin "IE Tabs" for FF3 - lets you have the security of FF with the rendering of IE with the click of a button. As a workaround you can highlight the area you wish to print and paste into excel. Print from there.

As Steve says, it would be nice to add it at the same time as FF3 support, provided timing and resources allow. Didn't FF release a beta? Did anyone at NS download and test this?

that's ugly. I've seen lots of rendering issues but no column/header issues... Although, lately I have been using a plug-in called "IE Tabs" in FF3 which uses IE's rendering with FF security. The only annoying part of that is the functionality of opening a link in a new tab by clicking the mouse scroll wheel is disabled.

Ah right - I see what you're getting at now... you seem to be correct there. I wonder if the "-" is searchable or not. I know that "." makes no difference in the search box. What I'm getting at is, will a search for "HomeTwinZygosityBL" Would show only 1 result? Or would it show 0? Or still 2?

Does it make a difference if you put a space between the letters and numbers? ie "item 1" instead of "item1"
