yes yes we know that.... for some reason it is looking for deb@wineboxwarehouse.com.au instead of orders@wineboxwarehouse.com.au we have changed nothing. Nothing in NS refers to deb@wineboxwarehouse.com.au I'm not sure if this is the issue anyway as there are others having the same issue. I wonder if they have a mystery…

Exciting news everybody... If anyone experiencing this problem has access to their email server, set up an alias of the invalid email address to point to a real address, ie deb@wineboxwarehouse.com.au points to mat@wineboxwarehouse.com.au and no more bounced messages. It would still be nice of NS to fix this problem though…

Just out of curiosity... Is this only affecting emails generated from Sale/Invoices/Confirmations etc or is it all NS emails INCLUDING campaigns. We are having an unusually quiet week and I would hate to think that a programmer leaving out a colon in some scripting update would be costing us money... Anyone else relying on…

That is rubbish as every email we sends bounces. Yes... EVERY email we send. Undo whatever it was you did and there will be no problems... I believe it's that simple. Perhaps some form of testing before changes are made would be a truly delicious idea.

yeah that's how we set it up but the bounced message was referrencing deb@ so I set up an alias of deb@ and all is spookily good

Hi Mat, It looks like deb is a vendor in your account. She also has administrator access. You have it set up so that all adminstrators get emailed. We have added a check now to make sure all "from" addresses are valid. If you remove deb as an adminstrator or change the preference to not email all adminstrators it should…

Well after checking some stats (which I know aren't anywhere near accurate as a lot of email addresses remove tracking scripts etc. but they are useful when comparing one campaign to the next) that our 'click-thru' rate compared to our last 2 campaign is well below half. I know it is. I am as serious as cancer when I say that this is really getting to me. If we wanted to run our business unprofessionally we could do that on our own without NetSuites help.
