I don't know what this is about but I couldn't help writing something! A-HA!
-
try looking for netsuite in the app store of your iphone.

I loved this course too. You can think that it can be pricy, but I personally think that $800/day is actually rather cheap compared to other vendors. I would highly recommend taking this course if you are to use SuiteFlows in your environment, but keep in mind that there definitely are limitations of what this feature can…

Why a workflow? Why not just use the Email tab on the saved search you created? Click the checkbox on send when created/updated and it should do that.
-
Alternatively, consider using a workflow with a Send Email action with the condition Status = Invoice:Paid In Full. You'd also want the memo to not = VOID. VOID makes it "paid in full" But I'd use Evan's idea. Its way better.

I don't charge much...
-
You could script or workflow. Whatever you're more comfortable.
-
This may not work, but sometimes you've gotta think backwards to conquer NS... does setting Web Lead != False work (i.e., does not equal)?
-
Here's a thought... can you expose the 'terms' field to the form, make it hidden and pre-populate it?
-
Even better... why have 2 versions of how everything works? Surely NS could give a single list of tags and make them work wherever we stick them!?
-
I haven't looked, but knowing Netsuite I can say with some degree of confidence that it probably won't delete. Would making the record inactive suffice? I may be wrong, if someone else knows then chime on in!
-
The field help suggests every 30 minutes Choosing an Event Based initiation means you want your workflow to execute whenever the following events occur on the record in the workflow: *Users create a new record. Select the On Create checkbox. *Users update the record. Select the On Update checkbox. *Users create or update…

I think it is an "action" as opposed to a button
-
I don't know about workflow but you can definitely script it.
-
I have tried many times and cannot get my head around it. Javascript is easier, and that's not cool.
-
Or post how to do any kind of workflow? Just seeing one built, step-by-step, start-to-finish, would be extremely helpful.
-
I've almost finished my world domination workflow. There's a few bugs though. All I need is a new planet, some rubber bands, a cotton ball and some everyday household bleach.
-
Now I wanna bundle of canned workflows! That would make a cool t-shirt.
-
Sounds like scripting is still by far a simpler solution. I'm not trained at all in scripting - completely self taught - but I can't even begin to grasp workflows... they just don't flow... or work!
-
Some decent documentation would help. The example provided is only helpful if you wish to build that exact workflow!
-
Wow - you actually built one! I'm on hour 300 and nada...
-
Yeah I know. You read the pre-release and think "Wow, I can use that in this way" but nobody at NS was thinking the same thing...
-
Not all fields are exposed at this stage. Only a select few.
-
Workflows are harder than scripting. Until all fields are able to be worked on it's a dumb feature.
