We are not trying to perform a saved search. We are simply trying to perform a common item search by going through Lists->Accounting->Items->Search. After clicking on search, that is when we get the unexpected error.

This was not a permission issue. The drop ship form had not been enabled on the new role. Once the form was enabled, everything worked properly.

We were able to get around this by removing the work order from the assembly line. After that, we added this component line without issue. The work order had to be recreated and then the out of stock part had to be removed, but it at least allowed us to add the item on its own line. Still not sure why this happened on…
