On Friday, October 10, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

OK, I guess I'm the one that needs the heads up. Turns out this is by design. It appears that you can't easily control when to send a case creation notification on a case by case basis. It's a system preference. This is my mistake in posting this here as a defect, it's not a defect, just not intuitive. My bad, my bad!

I'm using FF3. After clearing cache it now displays the stars control. Looks like it was a fluke. I'm learning that clearing cache is like SaaS's rebooting and not doing so before reporting weirdness carries the same geek-shame!
