We've made some quick changes this morning in the search feature in hopes this helps to improve most of your search results. Will still be looking into ways to improve going forward - but any feed back on these changes would be appreciated (better results, no changes, worse than before?). Nice one, MUCH better. Thanks.

I don't think anybody on this forum will attempt such a horrible thing, but I would hide that RD IP if I were you :) Thanks for catching that! (fixed)

Dead in mid-stride....

The search should be working now. Can you give it one more try? I tested with Aptana and Return and both searches worked for me. Yes, search works but I still can't reply to private messages...
-
I tried to reply to your message but that is also apparently broken. :o
-
I was getting timeout errors, now I'm getting "Connection was reset" errors
-
I just got a few pages to load, although slowly...
-
aaaaaaaand down again.....
-
down for around 30 minutes... then it came back, now it's down again. status.netsuite.com says "minor service interruption" - only MINOR if it's not your account!

Teamwork! ;) I love these things...

We send them both ways, depends on whether or not we have an email address for the lead/customer. I'd like to use PDF but you can't have inline fields in a PDF - that is the layout won't adjust for varrying length data. A nice feature would be a "Merge result as PDF" checkbox that would allow us to merge html, word, etc…

Works fine now.

Have you tried a non-stored custom field with a formula? I believe there is an INITCAP function available. Not sure if this will work in word merge. Thanks, -e Thanks for the suggestion Evan, I thought you might of had something until I noticed a problem. I created a slaved field with a formula like: initcap({firstname})…

Can you please clear up your above statements a little - it is sounding like two separate concerns if I am reading correctly. 1. I believe you are correct in that the integration tool does not register successful or failed efax attempts. An email is sent to you directly (based on the information you used to set up your…

Not sure about J2's eFax service. -d It's garbage. They are milking an old and weak system that is over 10 years old. I looked at several fax service providers to handle our large volume of incoming faxes, during that evaluation I looked at "eFax Developer" and was amazed and how lame it was! My (usual) $0.02...

I've been on FF3 and it's fine with NetSuite. FF3 itself seems to be a massive memory hog that crashes much more than 2.0, but the javascript is faster! :o Printing is still busted though. I've actually had to ask people to enter "Print Requests" into our help desk so that we can print the reports from IE or export to…

Steve, Looks like you were using filter values of the form: "id, id2, id3" that were invalid (i.e. not selectable from the UI or anywhere in the system). Normally a change like this should've gone out only after sufficient notification and pre-release warning so I apologize for the inconvenience and wasted time this issue…

The workaround used will still work after the fix, which should be live in an hour or so. Thanks, -e In case anyone else needs to workaround this bug, which does still exist: PMDUtils.CreateBugFriendlyIdArrayFromCsv = function PMDUtils_createBugFriendlyIdArrayFromCsv(csv) { Guard.NotNullOrEmpty(csv, 'a valid csv string is…

Let me first take this opportunity to state that NetSuite has terrible faxing support that is unfit for anything other than casual, non business critical faxing. If they would open the Message record to customization then we could at LEAST develop our own robust solution. OK, I'm off my soapbox now. If you look at the…

Test results: worked. Changing the new Array(1,2) to new Array('1','2') effectively worked. So if you are passing arrays, the elements also needed to be string. Hopefully in an hour it is a moot point. -Steve Hi Steve, I just re-read your response after posting a minute ago and I see that the array elements need to be…

Anyone checked if this is fixed in FF3? If not, I would think this "enhancement" should be recategorized. I know NetSuite doesn't work with FF3 but it will...some day

Does anyone else use the ODBC client successfully on a daily basis? Wondering what capacity you use it in and what your experience has been like? There aren't many posts on the board for ODBC and I wonder if I am the only one! I have used it successfully on occasions in the past, but this week I have been trying to build…

More information: "anyof" works fine with a single id but fails terribly with multiple ids. Anyone else dealing with this? It seemed to be fixed last week, now it's busted again?

Same here, not clients, but my own system is dead because of useless UNEXPECTED_ERRORS all over the place. We need a full list of what changed and how to deal with it NOW!!!
-
The workaround used will still work after the fix, which should be live in an hour or so. Thanks, -e So is the fix out yet? I'm still needing to force array elements in an anyof filter to String. I just triple checked that this bug is still very much alive. This doesn't work (1000 results)diagnosisCodeIDs =…

Just talked to a rep - All saved searches are throwing Unexpected Errors. It is S1 pending hotfix push, expected "today". I also talked to a rep and was told that my search related errors were different than the saved search errors. I'm getting UNEXPECTED_ERRORS on non-saved searches (from scripti). Per Gladstone's info I…

I've just noticed another place where I'm experiencing this problem. I'm doing a search in SuiteScript with the following code: var diagCodeFilters = new Array( new nlobjSearchFilter('internalid', null, 'anyof', diagnosisCodeIDs)); var diagCodeColumns = new Array( new nlobjSearchColumn(ICD9_FLD.DESC)); var diagCodeResults…

In the middle of the day, that's awesome!

Mine has been slow to the point of needing life support all month, with this week being worse by far. I have had a tremendous amount of lost data when saving. Basically forcing me to enter data twice. Not a big deal if it happens occasionally, but quite time consuming at the moment. :( VERY SLOW! I'm starting to log the…

Been on the phone with support for 23 minutes I noticed the problem at 5:21 PST
