I'm happy to report that my Workflow just ran and updated my fields. Bravo! :D Why am I still awake though?? :(
-
Any updates on this? I'd like to get back to working with Workflows but this is blocking me. I got the impression this might get fixed soon but haven't seen any issue updates.
-
BTW, this is fixed now, I just confirmed it.

Super Troopers? You are 50% correct. [Edit] Wait!... you are 100% correct! I can't explain why I thought you had it only 1/2 right... Winner!

Not really and it doesn't address the requirement either. The (my) requirement is to configure and tweak Action parameters, recurrence, ordering, etc. without actually writing to the database, sending emails, whatever. We basically need to build it all out and review an execution trace without making and data changes.

Man I wish I could see what you see! :p I've updated the case a couple times asking for more info but thus far have had no response from support. I will post another update with your instructions and then call support to try and get them to look into it.

FYI Enhancement #180217 - Workflow Manager > Ability to recognize and use objects (such as fields) defined via Suitelet

Hi Yang, Yes, I'm aware of those methods but I don't see how I can get non-persistent or non-record backed data into the Workflow without something similar to what I proposed. If I have a SuiteLet with a hash of fields that I want my Workflow to be aware of there needs to be some construct to represent those fields in a…

I'll check it out Friday morning. Thanks.

I created case #1152739 for this. Here are the details. Hopefully somone from NetSuite with an interest in the Workflow Manager will be looking into some of these strange issues. I have a scheduled workflow that has a single State with two Actions. The Actions both set field values on the records returned by the Saved…

Now you're talking! You make a good point about setting this at the Workflow level to avoid going through the individual Actions however it's still valuable to be able to do this on a per Action basis. Maybe the Actions could inherit the Workflow level change? Also, as for a new method I think maybe just a new Log Level,…

Case# 1153017 Created: Support SuiteLet and Assistant POSTs triggering a SuiteFlow When (if) this becomes an enhancement I will post that number here

Two SetField Actions

Alright folks, this one needs votes! Enhancement #180220 - Workflow Manager > Worfklow Action Scripts > Ability to have an option to log only

Bummer.... :(

Workflows are harder than scripting. Until all fields are able to be worked on it's a dumb feature. I'm just now creating my first Workflow and your above statement concerns me. Are you saying that now all fields are supported in Workflows? Is it like scripting and web services where they only expose a subset of fields?
