Hi Corey, thanks for the response. I don't believe this is an integration issue, we have a running integration, but I'm seeing instances of this happening since one year before the integration was even thought of. Worse period appears to be end of 2011, when we had up to 3% chance of the system creating a duplicate. Right…

Check on the permission for the fields you are using on the report. For example, if you don't have access to see "Returned Items" and the report uses that field, then you won't have access to that whole report.
