  • Yea same for us. Logged case with NS. As others, only seems to affect Admin and Full Access roles - maybe tied to 2FA?
  • We are experiencing the same issue too. Funny how System Status site displays no issues, but its affecting all users on a global scale. Surely some sort of admin email or notification should have been sent at the very least. Completely in the dark.
  • Hi, What is the "Accept Customer Payments task" mentioned above. I am trying to process received payments for multiple customers/invoices. Currently I have to go to each customer/invoice record individually, then accept payment. Is there some way to do this in bulk? You should be able to go to Transactions > Customers >…
  • Have you tried the Accept Customer Payments task? You still input individual payments manually, but no need to navigate to the individual customer records. Thank you for this - I do currently use this function, but it is still timely as i have to allocate each payment individually.
  • BACS always takes 3 days to process, and for the most part always works like clockwork. Some debits fail, of course, due to insufficient funds or whatever. So, if you had an automated process in Netsuite that automatically paid Invoices after 3 days, would that be helpful? If you received an email that a payment had…
  • You could script the payments, through the use of a suitelet. This sounds promising, but don't know how to go about it creating it. Do you know of any examples I can refer to?
  • How do your clients pay you? They pay us via Direct Debit. We receive a paper print out to confirm the collections that are due to be collected from the bank, and then we receive alerts from BACS via email if any debits fail. It is very manual and cumbersome!
  • I have something similar set up, to notify me via email when the on-hand falls below the reorder point, but the downside is that I get an alert each time the on-hand is updated until we either run out or we receive an order for it! Any ideas to workaround this? I can't set it to notify me when on-hand = reorder point as it…
  • Hi Marlon, Thank you for your reply. So obvious when pointed out - can't believe I didn't think of it! All working now! Regards, Tony.
  • Only the manager of a sales campaign can edit it. This is applicable to Sales Campaigns created within the UI and to those triggered by Workflow. Thank you for the information. I did see this message when viewing the Sales Campaign, however we aren't trying to edit, just send an email via the campaign, which is triggered…
  • Through further testing, we were using Sales Campaigns and it appears that only the manager of the sales campaign can have the workflow trigger. When we changed this to a marketing campaign, it worked fine for all users. Is this by design?! :h_a_w:
  • Thank you. It's a lead nurturing attempt, so I guess the statistics are needing to be populated.
